Return and Refund Policy

At AA Lux Store, our priority is to ensure your satisfaction with the products you purchase. We work diligently to provide high-quality items, but we understand that there may be situations where an exchange or return is necessary. That’s why we created this policy based on best practices in e-commerce, while respecting our sales terms and consumer rights.

Before requesting a return, please carefully read the conditions below, as they vary depending on the type of product and the payment method used.

1. Financed Purchases

Products purchased through financing companies such as Synchrony, Acima, Snap Finance, among others, are considered final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for this type of purchase. Please review all details before completing your purchase with a financing provider.

2. Purchases with Afterpay or Klarna

For products purchased via Afterpay or Klarna, we accept returns or exchanges within 10 calendar days after receipt, provided that:

  • The product shows no signs of misuse;

  • It has no damages, defects, or alterations;

  • It includes all accessories and original packaging.

A 12% fee will be applied on the total purchase value for any approved return or exchange.

3. Furniture and Electronics

For furniture and electronics, we accept returns for change of mind within 14 calendar days after receipt.

To qualify for return:

  • The product must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use;

  • It must be returned in its original packaging, with all manuals and accessories included.

A 25% fee will be applied on the total value of the returned item.

4. Perfumes

We accept exchanges or returns of perfumes only if requested within 10 calendar days of receipt, and only if the plastic seal remains intact.

Perfumes with opened packaging or broken seals will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Return or Exchange Procedure

  • Order number;

  • Full name;

  • Product to be returned or exchanged;

  • Reason for the request;

  • Photos of the product (if applicable).

After review, our team will reply with instructions and deadlines for shipping. Do not send any product without prior authorization via email.

Important Notes

  • Return or exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping errors;

  • Products returned without authorization or after the deadline will not be accepted;

  • Refunds, when applicable, will be processed using the original payment method, minus the applicable fees mentioned in this policy.
